We have the most advanced production and inspection equipments, such as demagnetization curve test machines for different temperatures, geometric image measurement equipment, laser powder size analyzer, ICP tester, coating tester, angle deviation tester, etc which take powerful guarantee for supplying customer with top-quality products. We strictly run ISO/TS16949:2009 international quality management system, and use QIS system to monitor quality in each process, and implement monitoring, preventing and immediately correcting potential failure modes in the whole production lines. In each inspection process, products must be inspected so as to avoid nonconforming products going to next proecesses. In order to avoid nonconforming products being shipped, we perform 100% inspection or sampling inspection for the dimension, magnetic properties and packaging method as customer’s requirement before shipment.
